2. Amritsari Kukkad

Bringing to you Amritsar’s popular dish with its rich flavour and aroma. First the chicken is marinated with hung curd and then the smokey flavour of garlic and ginger is added to it.

3. Khade Masale Ka Paneer Tikka

For all the veg lovers, this one is for you! Cottage cheese cubes are first marinated with whole spices to develop an enriching flavour and then added to an onion and tomato paste to complete the dish.

4. Dhabe Da Meetha
