What Is It?
This is an unusual hybrid that combines chaats like pani-puri and sev puri with the likes of pizza and Panini. These unique dishes are a delight because they are so cheesy, you will be left in a cheese-coma for a bit! No seriously!
They mix vegetables, paneer, olives, corn and lotsa cheese to make a filling. They then add some pizza sauce and tomato sauce, and oodles of shredded cheese over it. But the actual drama starts when the gentleman there, takes out a cooking blow torch and fires up the dish.
What finally churns out is a tasty combination of pizza and pani-puri! The dish takes around 10-15 minutes to be prepared, but watching the entire process is just as fun.

But that’s not all. Shreeji also offers dishes like the Dilkush platter and Panini puri. Again, all basic chaats, teamed with Italian toppings, elevating it to next level. And like we mentioned, the most interesting of all is to watch him torch the cheese after the preparation. The melting cheese will want you devour more than just one plate of puris!
Our suggestion is you make a trip before 6pm, because chances are you may have to wait in a long queue before you get your hands on that delectable cheesy-dish!!
