Delhigrams

There is no denying that Instagram photography is quite a thing. And who minds when social media is taking us to places we have never been to before. However, Delhi is my personal favorite so, out of all the #Delhigrams, I have shortlisted these five accounts through which you can travel this beautiful city. So use it as #pictureoftheday or #travelinspiration, that is totally up to you.

1. Thedelhiwalla

Mayank Austen Soofi, a Delhi-based writer and photojournalist who posts about the day-to-day lives in the capital in this account. His lens captures everything that escapes your eye in your daily struggle. His pictures are Delhi. Enough said! Follow him on @thedelhiwalla.

2. Dfordelhi

D For Delhi is one of those curated accounts that allow you to send them pictures of the city. If your photographs are good enough, they feature you on the account. They have a collection of food, festivals and culturally rich pictures that can take you from Hauz Khas to Hazrat Nizammudin with the perfect ease. Follow them on @dfordelhi.

3. Delhi_igers

Delhi Instagrammers Guild (DIG) is an Instagram club in Delhi that organizes Instawalks in the city and other social events. They like covering cities and destinations beyond the capital too, so if you happen to click a lovely photograph in Agra or something, send it to them! They are @delhi_igers.

 4. Delhiwale

Most pictures on this account are mouth watering Delhi delights. But Delhi Wale has some gorgeous shots of monuments and gardens as well. Again, they feature people who capture the city and send it to them. This particular picture of Lodhi Garden has my heart and I have decided that Lodhi Garden> Hyde Park. Follow them on @delhiwale.

5. Indiaculturalhub

#Culturvation is an account that curates everything awesome in India, be it festivals, shopping, food, art, events, anything. Delhi is rich in heritage and culture, so this account also stays on top of everything fun here and curates some lovely shots of the city and you can check them out on @indiaculturalhub.

Drop us a comment if you know any other handle I missed out on and please do send in your amazing pictures to these #Instaccounts!
