‘The Wazir of Rajwadaa’ at Rajwadaa Chullah is a thali that deserves to be devoured.

What Is It?

From Dal Bati Churma to Gatte ki sabz, rajasthani cuisine has a lot to offer. Whats a better place than Rajwadaa Chullah to indulge in all this Rajasthani goodness. Rajwadaa Chullah, located opposite Yashwant stadium, serves a thali called ‘The Wazir Of Radwadaa’ and indeed the name does complete justice to the thali. Rajwadaa Chullah, an household name, serves a thali which consists of a starter, five varieties of vegetable dishes, two dals, two rice preparations, chapatis and parathas.

The five vegetable dishes include paneer lajawab, mix veg, aloo sabzi, gatte ki sabzi and karia sangri. The four chapatis are accompanied with four paneer parathas, four aloo parathas, two bajra rotis and two pieces of missi roti.

What Else?

Creamy Makhana dal and Pachamal dal are the two dals served on the thali. The Pachamal dal goes really well with the Bati Churma served on the plate. The food joint also serves Kadi pakoda on the plate because how can a Rajasthani thali be complete without Kadi pakoda in it.

Huge quantities of Ghee jeera rice and perfectly spiced Veg Pulao are served on the thali to accompany your dal. Papad, Raita, Lassi and Jaljeera are accompanied with the thali. The desserts include Shrikhand, Mung Dal Halwa and perfectly warm Gulab Jamuns. The thali is priced at ₹980 and easily serves four hungry men.

If the thali is too much to handle, you can also go for the A La Carte dishes served at the restaurant.
