Pravesh Panipuri is not your ordinary chaat-wala bhaiyya. He serves 17 varieties of puchkas, has traveled to Australia & Bangkok and gives free puchkas to the school topper for a year.
What Is It?
If you’ve ever crossed the area around Lakshmipat Singhania School, you might have seen the famous puchka stand – Parvesh Panipuri. Not only does he prepare puchkas with mineral water, but he also serves 17 different varieties of puchka including dahi chocolate puchka, dhokla puchka, and lots more wacky flavors! And no wonder then, he has travelled to Australia and Bangkok to set up a stalls at weddings or huge events.
Although, the pani used for puchkas is said to have been prepared with mineral water, he uses his bare hands to stuff the puchkas. We do not vouch for the hygiene but the stall has had many coming back for the love of puchkas.

What Else?
We tried alu dum puchka, the tomato puchka, and the batata puchka. They were lip-smacking and each of them had a unique taste. Here’s another awesome thing about Parvesh, he offers free puchkas for a year to the topper at Lakshmipat Singhania School and it’s quite the rage!
