This weekend hit Kasauli to attend the most beautiful music festival ever which is also family-friendly so you can bring your parents and kids along. The festival is set to happen on the 30th and 31st of March.

What Is It? 

A one-of-a-kind music festival that is open to all comes alive once every year around the offset of spring. The fun element about this music festival is that you can now take your kids, parents or even grandparents to jam to acoustic and Indie music at the rave capital of India.

The festival happens all for a good cause to raise awareness and funds for underprivileged children suffering from heart disorders. Need any more reasons to attend this festival? Don’t think so!

What’s In It?

The Kasauli Rhythm and Blues is an initiative by Genesis Foundation that has been working to raise awareness and funds for the underprivileged children through the annual music festival. In their seventh edition, some of the biggest names in the Independent Indian music take the stage and go live to bring out the best show.

Day 1 of the festival kicks off with a Delhi-based acoustic band who do Bollywood contemporary covers, retro Hindi music, English pop, and rock followed by Bengaluru-based, Thermal and a Quarter and finished by Suraj Jagan, a popular name in Indie-rock music.

Day 2 you can expect some upbeat performances by the Indie Band – When Chai Met Toast, combining musicians who seek inspiration from the ‘lighter side of life’. The closing-act will be performed by the Bengaluru-based Kashmiri band Parvaaz with a uniquely progressive and psychedelic rock influence.
