The Jockey History Walkthrough is set up at Pheonix Market City, Whitefield in Bengaluru showcasing it’s 140 years of legacy & there is an anti-gravity underwear on display.

What Is It?

When one talks about inner wear, there is no brand that is more recognised and loved as Jockey. Like they say, #TheresOnlyOne Jockey. And to bring alive its legacy, the brand has set up a unique historic walkthrough from 25th to 27th Aug. at The Courtyard – Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore. 

The same will travel to Mumbai from 8th to 10th Sept. 2017 at High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel.

What’s In It?

Founded in 1876 as a socks brand, Jockey was the first invest men’s brief in 1934. Infact they were the first to introduce the revolutionary Y-front design in 1935. DId you know that Jockey has even travelled to the moon and back? Jockey has engineered and designed undergarments for the first manned mission to the moon that would remain unaffected by gravity.  Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins all wore Jockey. Here at the walkthrough, you can see real inchtapes, tailoring material, first apparels made and materials used during the making.

At a time, when under wears were not openly spoken about, Jockey was the first to have embroidered its name on the waistbands.
