What Is It?
Tucked away in the AES Boy’s Hostel Campus near Gujarat University Library in Navrangpura, is Salim Bhai’s small kiosk selling the most delicious Egg buns and Burgers. This Amdavadi eatery has been serving street food delicacies since the past 20 years now.

What’s In It?
The burgers come with delicious fillings that of an Egg bun with tomatoes, onions, cucumber, a diced boiled egg, coriander and green chillies with lots of cheese. Salim Bhai uses homemade spices keeping it fresh and hygienic to feast on.
There are vegetarian options too with flavours like Aloo Tikki Burger, Aloo Puff, Palak Paneer or Vegetable Burger.
If burgers are not your thing, then try the cupcakes, Danish buns and cream rolls.
