Carb-heavy breakfasts will give you a burst of energy, carry some nutrient bars in your bag that might come handy later when you’re feeling low on energy. You can carry some fruits like Apples, Oranges and Bananas that aren’t too messy to eat and will keep you hydrated. Eggs are the best source of protein that can keep you full for hours and the best part is you can have your eggs the way you want, add a sprinkle of salt, herbs, onions, and bacon, you’re all set to go!

Another element of your healthy breakfast is milk and if milk is a lot for you to digest in the morning then go for yogurt parfaits with crunchy granola to add to your taste. Few more items that can be added to your bag for a quick snack are flavoured yogurt, chocolates, dry fruits, fresh juice and lots of water.
