Dubai’s super hit beachfront, La Mer, opens its newest and most awaited, Laguna Water Park that is situated on the central promenade of the beach. To celebrate its opening week, the water park is giving away hundreds of tickets across Dubai to those participating in an interactive Snapchat Treasure hunt.
What Is It?
Participants are encouraged to download the Snapchat app to find secret geo-filters that are placed across seven Meraas destinations over two weekends and images posted on Instagram with hashtag #LagunaTime will also have a chance to win passes.
What’s In It?
The waterpark has four zones namely, Splash, Surf, Slide and Relax which hosts some dynamic rides including the region’s first WaveOz 180. Rides you can explore with family are The Manta Family Raft Ride, plus a lazy river, children’s SplashPad, AquaPlay, and a Pool Lounge with swim-up juice bar.

Weekend 1 Treasure Hunt Date: 18th to 19th May
Filter Placement Location: The Beach opposite JBR, The Outlet Village, Al Seef and Last Exit (Abu Dhabi to Dubai side).
Weekend 2 Treasure Hunt Date: 25th to 26th May
Filter Placement Location: City Walk, Box Park and La Mer itself.
General Admission Price: AED 99 for residents ; AED 159 non-residents, with unlimited re-entry.
