I’ve spent a major part of my student life in Bengaluru and have always had month end issues. Yeah! Same ones like laziness, no cash, submissions etc. The funny thing is your hunger is inversely proportional to the money in your account. Bengaluru has a number of options for times like these. Every nook and corner has something brilliant to offer, that fills up your tummy and fills up your heart with joy and all at a very affordable price.

Yes! You heard me right! Here’s a list of 7 places in Bengaluru that serve delicious and filling meals all under ₹200.

1. Shivaji Military Hotel, Jayanagar

This bustling joint in Jayanagar is known for serving one of the best biryanis in Namma Bengaluru. Easy on pocket and right in the feels. They serve meat-based biryani in palm-leaf cups or what they call  donne. You might need to get there earlier because its always crowded and people are always lining up for the lovely food.

The Chicken Biryani here is for ₹180 and I personally am a digger for it!

A satisfying roll here costs no more than 150 rupees. Amazing right?
