If you like everything homemade- bread, coffee and fish, The Sum Of Us is for you! Seated in the busy lanes of Trade Centre, the restaurant has an interesting all-day breakfast menu. Their butter-laden toasts, tropical fruit bowl, açaí bowl and chia seed pudding are sure to sweep weight watchers off their feet. And if you are in for something sumptuous, try their ‘big’ breakfast- loaded with eggs, mushrooms, spinach, beef and breads, it truly is big! Walk into this restaurant, and you will be welcomed by a splash of colors. Looking straight out of an English novel, Shakespeare & Co is distinctly “Shakespearean” in terms of colors, décor and layout. As for the menu, they have a wide selection ranging from a dedicated breakfast list to teas, coffees, sandwiches, salads and more. The breakfast has it all- from the very Mediterranean halloumi, labneh, hummus, and zaatar to the very humble avocado on toast, poached eggs, granola bowls and pancakes. 4. Tania’s Tea House
The newest hot spot in Dubai for everything tea related, the two-storey villa reminds you of a quaint cafe in Paris. The interiors are decked in rose-gold teamed with generous patches of green. Whether you want a spot for some fun gossip with your friends, Instagram-worthy food pictures or a serene work space, this one’s the best bet. As for their menu, the tea-themed café offers a selection of healthy meals and scrumptious desserts, alongside a range of 25 flavoured teas.
