What’s weekend without a lazy, lavish brunch! Nodding? Well if you’re a sucker for Dubai’s brunches, just like us, then here’s something that will excite you. One of Dubai’s most legendary party brunch is back after a year’s hiatus and we just can’t keep calm. The all-time favourite Saffron Brunch at Atlantis The Palm is. back this year. Binge On Over 220 Dishes From Across The Globe In A Vibrant Setting

The Saffron Brunch at Atlantis the Palm gets bigger and better this year! The brunch party has a brand-new look and even more energy than before. Kicking off on Friday, 27 August the brunch will offer the very best of the 90s. Brunch-goers can binge on 220 dishes from across the globe.

From dim sum and seafood to a low and slow BBQ, guests can also enjoy 20 live cooking stations, including meat carving, sushi and maki rolling, noodle soups, Korean BBQ, and the ultimate in dessert stations complete with a chocolate fountain. Wash it down with a wicked watermelon, bubbling beverage, or secret sauce slushie from one of Saffron’s legendary drink stations.

Diners will be entertained with live DJ’s, round-the-clock entertainment, including dancers, singers and magicians, with  a different theme each week. From 80s to noughties and UK Garage to Britpop, there is always something new to experience at Saffron Brunch 2.0.

As for the prices, you can pick from two packages. Opt for the house package for AED 455 or you can go for the sparkling for AED 495. However, do note that the brunch is only open to those ages 21 and above.

After reopening its slicker, chicer doors in January 2021, Saffron’s minimalist makeover was spearheaded by New York-based award-winning designer Jeffrey Beers and features a fresh and open atmosphere, with stylish turquoise tones and brass detailing which nod to the surrounding sea. Diners can also enjoy freshly grown organic herbs and microgreens from the fully-automated kitchen garden as well as Wagyu beef from the restaurant’s meat dry agers.
