5. Enjoy Stunning Views Of The Palm From ‘The View’
The View at The Palm Jumeirah opened its doors to the public on 7 April 2021. Visitors can purchase their tickets and experience the Palm Jumeirah like never-before, as well as embark on an interactive journey towards the rich history of this splendid island through multiple immersive touchpoints. With direct access from Nakheel Mall, level two of The Palm Tower marks the entry point for visitors which houses a Starbucks Café, The View Exhibition, interactive aquarium tunnels and a gift shop. The View Exhibition, a tribute to the impeccable growth-journey of Palm Jumeirah, encompasses a timeline on the way in which this world-famous island was conceptualized and developed.
Visitors can also experience an immersive theatre which takes them through the ground-breaking history of the island. Towering at 240 metres over the Palm Jumeirah, Level 52 holds the observatory deck with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai skyline and the island itself.
6. Get Your Skates On At Roll DXB
Located in Mina Rashid, the fun, new spot was created by roller skating fanatics, who have been practicing for years now. The venue welcomes skaters of all levels, to come, learn, practice and enjoy!
Rolldxb is open Sunday to Wednesday from 2:30 -10:00 pm, from 2:30- 12 am on Thursdays and 10 am- 1 am on Friday and Saturday. And don’t worry about buying your own skates, you can rent a pair of boots onsite, along with all the mandatory protective gear. A 90- minute session along with rentals costs AED 112 per person, but you can avail discounts if you bring along your own skated. Those who carry their own MOXI/Reidell skates can enjoy sessions at AED 95. You can purchase a pair of boots from AED 700 onwards.
Those who bring along quads or in-line skaters can enjoy a session for AED 105. The venue also has special weekend offers, where you can avail three double hour sessions for AED 185. Rolldxb also offers private and group skating lessons. The group classes are segregated into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and cost AED 175, AED 225 and AED 325 for a one hour class. The classes will have a minimum of ten students.
Beginners can learn the fundamentals starting from, walking in stakes, balance and counter, balance, pushing, rolling, reflexes, stopping and turning. Intermediate lessons will improve previous learned skills, adding more maneuvers and style.
Besides, you’ll also be throwing in some dance moves on wheels.

8. Watch A Movie On The Icy Slopes Of Ski Dubai
The famous Snow Cinema is back. Ski Dubai has teamed up with Vox Cinemas to bring to you a one-of-a-kind experience this summer. After a huge success in the winters, Ski Dubai is set back to offer a cool cinema experience all summer long. Relaunching on Monday, May 10 Ski Dubai has an interesting line up of films coming your way. Enjoy movies including Raya and the Last Dragon, Tom & Jerry, Maya the Bee, big-budget blockbusters such a Godzilla vs Kong and Mortal Kombat while surrounded by snow at the huge indoor ski resort.
The ticket prices start from AED 100 and includes VOX Cinemas’ delicious popcorn and indulge in Ski Dubai’s signature hot chocolate. Love everything, Disney? Well, the palm fountain has got you covered this time. Enjoy a Disney-themed fountain show every evening from Thursday, May 13 to Saturday, May 15, with all that Disney magic. The beautiful fountains will light up in vibrant tones of pink, purple and blue. And if you think it’s all about Disney colors- you must know that while the fountain will have vibrant colors, it will also be accompanied by Disney songs. For this exceptional show, The Palm Fountain will dance to ‘Starting Now’, an original song was written, especially for Disney’s yearlong Ultimate Princess Celebration.
