Swedish Plane Carrying Skydivers Crashes; All 9 Onboard Killed

While flight accidents are rare, they still occur claiming the lives of many. Nine people have died outside Orebeo in Sweden after a small aircraft used for skydiving crashed near an airport. The small propeller plane crashed near Orebro airport, about 160km west of Stockholm. The incident happened as the plane was taking off. The nine people who lost lives include the sky diver and the pilot.

An Indonesian Boeing 737 Passenger Plane Vanished Over Sea

Boeing has been hogging limelight because of the wrong reasons in recent years. There have been several deadly crashes which ultimately led to the grounding of Boeing 737 MAX. A Boeing 737-500 passenger plane had crashed into the sea in Indonesia after disappearing shortly after takeoff. It plunged 10,000ft into the ocean.

The Passenger Airline Took Off From Indonesian Capital Jakarta

According to reports, The Sriwijaya Air passenger plane took off from Indonesian capital Jakarta en route to Pontianak lost contact after taking off. No Survivors Found In The Deadly Crash

While there could be no survivors in the deadly crash, photos show rescue workers are pulling debris from the water searching for survivors. According to reports, fishermen found an aircraft’s suspected wreckage in waters north of Jakarta, and a search was underway. The Flight Lost Contact Shortly After Take-Off

Sriwijaya Air said that it is still gathering more information about the flight.  The flight is said to have vanished at 2.40 pm local time, moments after taking off from Soekarno-Hatta airport. The plane’s last location was in the waters of the Java Sea after which the plane lost contact. In 2018, A Boeing 737 MAX operated by Indonesian airline Lion Air crashed off Jakarta in killing all 189 onboard.
