Dubai is not new to fancy restaurants and fancy chefs. Right from dining in the dark to Robot cafes, Dubai has it all. And now to add more to its glory, famous Turkish chef Burak Ozdemir, better known as CznBurak recently opened the first CZNBurak Burger restaurant in Dubai Mall. The space and the food is a reflection of the city’s vibrant social life, providing guests with an elegant casual experience worthy of being shared on their social media accounts. The Interiors Are Cozy, Providing A Unique Dining Experience

Merging traditional Turkish flavours with the modern interpretation of food experiences and social gatherings, CZNBurak Burger provides an immersive experience for all foodies. From the moment you step into the restaurant until you leave, diners will find a space for friends and families, where outings are an occasion to rewind and reconnect.

The venue provides an elevated casual dining experiences to guests of all ages, where innovative flavours will be the highlight of the offerings. The stylish and spacious interior provides a vivid environment reflecting the food’s mood, in addition to floor cooling for a relaxing environment throughout all seasons.

Talking about his new restaurant concpt, Chef Burak Ozdemir says: “There’s no limit to what we can create with flavours, and exploring new food ventures has been my passion since I started in this industry. With CZNBurak Burger, we’re expanding our relationship with our customers through food, bringing them a renovated concept of a popular cuisine with my special interpretation.”

What’s On The Menu?

As for the menu, foodies can binge on their highlight craft burgers. Cheese lovers can try the Bu-Rock burger (AED 68), stuffed with cheese and topped with fried onion, mushrooms and beef bacon. Besides, there’s also the regular beef burger and cheeseburger. Those who wish to get experimental can try the Koftahini burger (AED 52). The patty is packed with local herbs, topped with tahini sauce, onion, tomato, jalapeno, crispy onion, ketchup and mustard, adding a perfect local twist to the American staple.

Chicken lovers can opt for Chicken “B” with batter-fried chicken (AED 45). There’s also a Veggie Burger (AED 59) for vegetarians. This one’s got a patty made from soya beans, and topped with tomato, lettuce, pickles and a special sauce.

And, lastly if you’re not in the mood for burgers, try their hot dog, or load up on starters. Seal your meal with delectable desserts including CZN Kunafa buns (AED 37), or opt for an Oreo or pistachio shake.
