The restaurant announced its new summer menu, Majestic Business Lunch, Botanical Masterclass, and specially curated tasting menus. Excited? Jamavar Doha Announces Summer Menu And More
Throughout the season, the new summer menu created by Michelin-starred Jamavar London’s Culinary Director and Executive, Chef Surender Mohan, will be served. A majestic business lunch, a botanical masterclass, and specially crafted taster menus will go along with the cuisine.
The summer menu features a wide variety of unique dishes drawn from India’s rich and varied culinary heritage. Produce from regional and sustainable farms is featured on the menu. It seeks to substantially minimise food waste while also laying a stronger foundation for flavour.
The menu features Tandoori Lamb Chops, Kerala Style Beef Uthappam, Mahi Malai Tikka, Dum Nalli Biryani, Paneer Tikka Panch Phoran, and Hyderabadi Bhuna Gosht. The fun keeps going with the ideal sharing-style sweets. It includes the season’s signature burnt mango tart and a variety of sorbets.

Celebrate India’s Alphonso Season
Along with the new summer menu, Jamavar Doha offers a Majestic Business Lunch every Sunday through Thursday. It will begin from 12:30–4:00 pm for QAR 120 per person. This class will includes a three-course meal with a selection of classic vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and vegan options.
The 45-minute botanical masterclass at the lively apothecary bar will be offered every Thursday and Friday for QAR 275 per person. It offers guests the opportunity to learn about the insights of gin and partake in a tasting of five different types of gin with a Royal Kebab platter for dinner.
In celebration of India’s prized Alphonso mango season, Jamavar Doha will offer a specially curated tasting menu featuring the signature Pan-Indian style. The limited-time menu highlights the versatility of the Alphonso mango, with a five-course tasting menu emphasising its sweet, tangy, and floral notes, available from May 17th to 27th from 12:30 pm-11:00 pm for QAR 225 per person.
