The Oscars 2023 will see some of the biggest stars tonight. The top nominees for the ceremony include Tom Cruise, Michelle Yeoh, James Cameron, Ana de Armas, and so on. After the winners for the night have been announced, everyone will head for the most lavish dinner.

The menu for the Oscars dinner is helmed by chef Wolfgang Puck. It is Puck’s 29th year of curating the dinner for the afterparty. He has created a broad menu to suit everyone’s preferences. Puck will be bringing 115 chefs from around the world to his network. The keynote menu, which features British classics, is by rising star chef Elliott Grover.
The chef plans to serve beef drippings and mini fish and chips in a cone, which will help the stars eat as they roam around networking. The menu also includes chicken pie with black truffle shavings and trifle with sherry, topped with a maraschino cherry.

An Array Of New And Amazing Dishes
The array of new dishes includes five kinds of pasta, the Chinese-spiced Hunan eggplant over rice, vegan pizzas, and a vegetarian version of crispy rice crab salad. The chef mentioned that the afterparty of Oscars 2023 will also include small plates. It will include bagel macarons with smoked salmon, fried chicken with pandan leaf-coconut waffles, and a crispy rice bar.

Rosé champagne by Fleur de Miraval, will be the official champagne for the event, co-owned by Brad Pitt. Other alcoholic drinks that will be served are still wines by Domaine Clarence Dillon and Don Julio tequila. Mixologist Charles Joly has been the official mixologist for the ceremony since 2016, and this year too he will be serving the best to the stars.
