Bite into delicious Bomb Cookies oozing of Nutella lava as soon as you take a bite, these cookies are trending all over Instagram and we have chef Ruhee Bhimani teaching us her recipe of these Nutella Bomb Cookies.

Ingredients for dough –
1cup- flour
1.5tbsp – cocoa powder
1/3 cup – Brown sugar sugar
1/4 cup- butter (salted)
2tbsp – milk
1/2 TSP – baking soda
Pinch – salt
1/4cup – chopped chocolate
Few drops vanilla essence

1. In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar and vanilla essence.
2. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix it.
3. Add milk and Mix and form a dough.
4. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
5. Portion each cookie dough with the help Of ice cream scooper.
6. Add the frozen Nutella filling inside the dough and seal it, refrigerate it.
7. Bake at 180°C for 7-8 minutes
