It might look all fruity and fun, but it can get extremely heavy for one. Make sure you take company to try out this one.Another favorite of the crowd is surely the Gulab Jamun Lasagna. A glass filled up with gulab jamun slices, rabdi and mootichoor boondi. The rabdi is poured in generous quantity and it would make your sweet tooth really happy.

ChitChatChai in Borivali prepares the Ulta-Phulta burger (₹180), which is nothing like your regular burger! A veggie patty is fried and cut into pieces. The patty is then layered on a bun with loads of sauces! To make it extra cheesy, lots of cheese is added to the burger as well.

4. Cheese Burst Vada Pav At Hungry JDs

Fellow Borivali’ites, your favourite Hungry JD’s, is now out and about with a full-time restaurant! And it gives a cheesy twist to the Bombaiya vadapav – The Cheese Burst Vada Pav! Ever imagined having your favorite Mumbai street food filled with oodles of cheese? Well, the Latino cheese burst vada pav here is true to its name, and the vadas boast of oodles of dripping cheese! The vada is made with potato, beans, jalapeno, spiced up with chipotle and the buns are arranged with lettuce, slice of cheese, cherry tomato and chipotle mayo. You have to  witness it, to believe it! They serve the cheese burst vada pav between 12 noon and 7pm only.

And the pollos (dosas) here are just awesome! Simply Saraswat in Borivali brings a part of Mangalore alive in this chaotic yet fun city of Mumbai. Owned by Mrs.Rashmi Ravindra Ubhayankar, this place serves authentic vegetarian Saraswat cuisine. She wanted to bring the Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin (also referred to as Bhanaps or Amchis) Kitchen to the world and so she set up this quaint little store.
