The Chole Bhature Bomb (₹270) really is the bomb! The bhatura is deep fried in a wok and stuffed with spicy chole. It is fried again and topped with yum mayo and sauces.
The Jhunka Tarts (₹270) is a Maharashtrian specialty gone wild. It is made in tarts and baked. Topped with loads of gooey cheese, it is absolutely delicious.
