What Is It?
A UK-based price comparison website, Compare The Market, has come up with a quest to find a retired person to travel around the world on what they call it as a ‘senior gap year’.

The chosen person will be called the company’s ‘senior gap year adviser’ and he/she will be provided with camera equipment and will receive up to £10,000 (₹9 lakh) worth of paid-for expenses.
What’s In It?
The chosen person will be travelling around the world, visiting some stunning destinations. They will be tasked to take photographs and videos of those destinations and writing a monthly blog post creating relatable content for senior travellers.

What Is The Procedure?
The interested candidates must submit a 200-word personal statement on why they think they’re the best person for the job role latest by 12 February. Post this, three successful candidates will be shortlisted for a public vote and the winner would be announced in March.
