It is so important to ferment the jalebi batter overnight, at least for 8-9 hours.

2. Instant Jalebi

Fry the jalebis in moderately hot oil. Avoid frying at very hot temperatures as the outer sides will get brown and the inside will not be cooked well.

3. Skip Too Hot Oil

Not just making the perfect consistency of syrup but its temperature is also very important in the jalebi-making process. Do not add jalebis to boiling or very warm syrup. This can make the sweets soggy.
