Is there anything better than enjoying the winter season by relishing some delish cinnamon rolls? Here's a simple overnight recipe for you.

• Start by mixing some yeast in lukewarm milk. Stir the ingredients well and let the mix sit aside for about 10 minutes.

• Next, take a big bowl and add flour, sugar, and the yeast mixture. Once the dough gets soft and fluffy, add butter and egg. To get the better quality dough, you can even use a stand mixer. Once the dough looks ready, keep it aside for a couple of hours.

• Next, roll out the dough on a plane surface and add a layer of softened butter generously. Next, mix sugar and cinnamon powder and add it to the buttered dough.

• It's time to give them shape. Roll the dough into the desired shape and cover all the pieces gently. Refrigerate them for at least 10 hours and then let them rest at room temperature. • Next, add some butter to the rolls and bake for about half an hour at 170°C.

• To garnish the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, mix butter, cream cheese, vanilla essence, and some sugar. Whisk everything well for a couple of minutes and the icing is ready. Garnish well and enjoy!
