6 Ways To Add Rice Water To Your Haircare & Skincare

You can use boiled rice water and prepare a face mist to feel rejuvenated on a hot day. Make sure to cool down the water and then store it.

1. Face Mist

Another way to prepare face mist is by soaking rice in a bowl of water for a day. Sieve the water and let it ferment for a couple of days and your mist is ready.

Make a paste using rice water, aloe vera, and a few drops of lemon juice. Make sure to do a patch test before applying it to your full face.

Rice-soaked water can be frozen for a few hours and applied on the face just like we rub ice cubes.

Soak clean rice for about one hour and use it as a rinse after applying shampoo and conditioner to your hair.

All these DIY remedies are natural and should not be stored for a long time. It is better to prepare and use them soon. But if you still want to store these, ensure that you are using them within 3-4 days.
