There are several Jain temples in the village that date back to the 9th century.

One of the most famous Jain temples here is dedicated to the 23rd Tirthankara, Parshvanatha. The original temple was destroyed in 1178 AD by Muhammad Ghori. It was later reconstructed by Seth Tharu Shah in 1615.

Many structures in the village were originally constructed in the pre-12th century in the Maru-Gurjara style. They were reconstructed in the 17th century and again in the 1970s.
