1. Take about 5-6 minutes to dissolve the yeast really well into the water.

4. Have enough time in your hand to give your pizza dough a great rise. Add the dough to a bowl coated with 1/2 tsp oil and cover it tight. Make sure to keep it aside for a couple of hours.
