7 Tips To Make Your Diet Healthier 

Its World Health Day today and the theme this year is 'Health for all'. 

Here are some small and easy tips that can help you make your diet healthier. 

1. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated and drink sufficient amount of water. 

2. If possible make sure you add eggs in your diet. Eggs are rich in protein which are important for the body. 

3. Eat fruits instead of drinking fruits juices. 

4. Exercise and keep your body active as healthy food and exercise go hand in hand. 

5. Make sure you sleep for at least 7 hours because your diet is of no use if you don't sleep properly. 

6. Use smaller plates as they help you eat smaller portions making sure you do not overeat. 

7. Make sure your diet has loads of healthy green veggies in it.
