Once you pass probation, you get 15 days of full-paid sick leave and 30 days at half pay. Anything beyond 45 days is unpaid.

1. Paid Sick Leave

You can take unpaid leave only with your employer’s approval. Always inform them in advance.

2. Unpaid Leave

You can take up to six sick days a year without a medical report. But no more than two consecutive days at a time.
