1. Parijata Pitha
It is a quintessential Odia dessert and is prepared during traditional Odia festivals.

You may not know this Malpua and Rabri are said to originate in the state of Odisha.
3. Kheeri
An Odia verion of Kheer, it is also known as Payesh in Bengali.
4. Khaja
This layered dessert is also said to originate in Odisha, although, their version is slightly different.

A delicious stuffed dessert, Enduri Pitha is made on a specific occasion called Kumar Purnima.
