1. Whole milk It is your regular milk which does not have an altered amount of fat.

2. Raw milk Raw milk is the unpasteurised version of milk. It may contain bacterias that may make you sick.

3. Double Toned This is a product of admixture of cow or buffalo milk with skimmed milk. It has 1.5 per cent of fat.

4. Lactose-free milk This is a commercial milk that is free of lactose. It is made by adding lactase, an enzyme which breaks down lactose, to the regular milk.

5. Condensed milk Condensed milk is a thickened version of regular milk that contains no or less water. Often sugar is added to this.

6. Toned milk It is a product made by adding skim milk to full cream buffalo milk. It has 3 per cent of fat content.
