Unique Green Dosa

• 1 cup curry leaves • 1/2 cup coriander leaves • 2 green chillies • 1 tsp cumin seeds • Salt • 1/2 cup water • Dosa batter • Oil

• Wash curry leaves and coriander leaves thoroughly. Add washed leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds, and water to a mixer grinder and blend into a fine paste.

• Pour the green mixture into the dosa batter. You can either use instant dosa batter or make it at home. Add some salt and mix well.

• Pour and spread the curry leaves dosa batter on a greased pan and cover it with a lid.

• Once cooked well, drizzle some oil on top, flip sides, and cook it for about a minute till it becomes crispy.
