Unique Momo Recipe

• 2 tbsp light soy sauce • 1 tbsp peanut butter • 2 tsp chilli oil • Juice of 1/2 lemon • 2 garlic cloves • coriander leaves • 1 tbsp oil • 10 momos • 1/4 cup Water • Cherry tomatoes • Handful of spring onions • Cucumbers

• Add oil to a pan, place momos, and drizzle water. Cover the pan and let everything cook.

• Cook for at least 10 minutes or till water evaporates completely and momos become crispy on one side.

• Meanwhile, prepare salad dressing using light soy sauce, peanut butter, chilli oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and coriander leaves.

• Take a bowl and add fried momos, chopped cherry tomatoes, spring onions, sliced cucumbers, and salad dressing. Mix everything well till all the momos get coated nicely.
