If you are tired of eating the same rava dosa all the time, it's time to try Chef Aruna Vijay's interesting recipe for Italian Rava dosa with Tulsi Pesto.

• 1 cup sooji • 1½ cup rice flour • 1/3 cup maida • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp pasta seasoning • Salt • 2 cups water • Oil • 1/4 cup tulsi leaves • 1/4 cup coriander leaves • 1.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds • 1.5 cheese cubes • 1/4 cup olive oil • 2 tsp lemon juice

• To make rava dosa batter, mix sooji, rice flour, maida, salt, pasta seasoning, and water in a bowl.

• Next, prepare fresh pesto. Add tulsi leaves, coriander leaves, pumpkin seeds, salt, cheese cubes, olive oil, and lemon juice to a mixer and blend into a fine paste.

• Once both batter and pesto are made, start cooking dosas.

• Pour a portion of the batter into a greased pan and add some more oil on top.

• Layer one spoon of tulsi pesto on half-side of the dosa generously.
