Dry coconut Dry chilli 1 clove of garlic Coriander leaves (chopped) Kaccha hing Salt Aamchur water Water

Blender dry coconut pieces, dry chilli, garlic, and a little water. Make a smooth paste.

Take it out in a container. Add water as per the requirements for the solkadhi. Then mix well and keep aside.

Next, separate the coconut milk from the mixture by straining and squeezing out its juices into a jar.

Next, add coriander leaves, salt and hing and mix it well.

Prepare a mixture of aamchur and water. Add it little by little to the coconut concoction as per taste requirements. Mix well and solkadhi is done!
