• 1 Bael • 300 ml Milk • 1 tbsp Sugar • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

• Take a rolling pin and beat a bael gently to break the hard outer shell.

• Once broken, scoop out the edible pulp from inside the fruit and mash it. Use a strainer to strain the pulp.

• In the next step, take a mixer blender and add 4 tbsp bael pulp, 300 ml milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and give everything a proper mix.
• Pour the shake into a glass, garnish with pistachios, and enjoy!
