To control this mammoth problem in the city, the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) introduced some mobile apps recently.

A total of 4 apps have been launched by the department. • Andar Jala • Jalamithra • Parisara Jalasnehi • Samrakshaka

DK Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, introduced the "Neeru Ulisi, Bengaluru Belasi" campaign and also flagged off e-rickshaws spreading awareness about water conservation.

Each app launched by BWSSB has been built with unique features to help people in these dire times of not getting enough water.
