Chef Aruna Vijay took to Instagram to share a special recipe that is quite loved at her home - Anjeer Doodh!
This recipe is a must-try because it requires only two ingredients, no added sugar, and is quite easy to make!
Figs (anjeer) Milk

1. For this recipe, you need to wash and soak the figs overnight. 2. The next day, chop the figs into small pieces and set them aside.
3. Now, take some milk in a pan and let it boil for a few minutes. 4. Then, slowly add in the figs.
5. Occasionally stir the mixture and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. 6. Then, take it off the heat and strain the mixture well.
Chef Aruna Vijay suggests first boiling the milk, reducing the heat to low, and then slowly adding in the figs.
And that’s it! Your delicious Anjeer Doodh is ready to be served and enjoyed!
