Curry Leaves 1 cup of Rava 2 tbsp of Rice Flour 3 Green chillies Ginger Chilli flakes (optional) 1 tbsp of Crushed Garlic Half tbsp of Cumin Powder Salt to taste Coriander leaves 3 cups of Water Oil or ghee

Add curry leaves, ginger, rava and green chillies into a blender.

Add some water too and blend it into a smooth paste.

Add chilli flakes, jeera, garlic, rice flour, coriander and a little water and give it a good stir.

Add some oil on a pan and pour the green-coloured batter.

Cook on low flame for 2 minutes and flip it.
