Yes, Byakuya Ice Cream, which has been created by Cellato, a Japanese brand has become the world’s most expensive ice cream with this steep tag!

The reason why this ice cream fetches such an exorbitant price tag lies in the fact that it uses some of the most premium ingredients.

This ice cream is prepared with edible gold leaf, white truffle and natural cheese.

As such, White Truffle is the main reason behind the steep price. It has been sourced from Phantom White Truffles in Alba, Italy.

In fact, it took the company a year and a half to prepare this flavour and to get the taste right.
