In today's market, baking a cake for only ₹100 seems impossible. Looks like Chef Saransh Goila & Chef Parth Bajaj have proved us wrong as they dropped an amazing video to make Orange Dahi Cake under ₹100.

• 200g Curd • 250g Castor Sugar • 150ml Neutral Oil • 3 Whole Eggs • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract • Zest of 1 Orange • 150g Flour • 1 tsp Baking Soda • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder • Salt • Orange Slices to garnish

• Start preparing the batter by mixing curd and sugar. Next, add oil, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

• Take a greased baking mould, pour the cake batter, and bake it in a preheated oven at 170°C for at least 40 to 45 minutes.

• Keep the freshly baked cake aside and let it cool down. Next, garnish it with slices of orange and sprinkle some sugar.
