500g of fish 10 to 15 shallots 1 medium piece of ginger 6 to 8 green chillies 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder 2 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp of coriander powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp of coconut oil 2 strings of curry leaves 2 cups of coconut milk 1/2 of 1 raw mango 1 tbsp of coconut oil

Crush shallots, green chillies and ginger in a mortar with a pestle.

Mix together the crushed aromats with the spice powders, salt and oil. Then, pour coconut milk in this.

Cook this on medium heat and add chopped raw mangoes in the kadai.
