Chef Kunal Kapur recently unveiled a Green Hummus recipe which is healthy and delicious.

- 2 cups of boiled chickpeas - 1/2 cup of chopped spring onions - 2 garlic cloves -Handful of basil leaves -Handful of mint leaves -Handful of chopped coriander - 2 lemons - 1/2 Avocado -Salt -Olive Oil -Grated Cheese -1/2 cup of Iced Water

First, add chopped spring onion and chickpeas into the blender.

Next, add garlic cloves, salt, basil and mint leaves.

Then, chop coriander and add it into the blender too. And squeeze two lemons.

Cut an avocado into half, scoop the fruit and add chopped avocado to the blender.

Finally, pour olive oil and iced water and blend it. Garnish the Green Hummus with spring onions, olive oil, grated cheese and chopped olives.
