Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram to share a Teej-special Mango Shrikhand recipe, and here’s how you can make it at home.
350 gm hung curd Cardamom powder Nutmeg powder Saffron Mango 250 gm powdered sugar Chopped dry fruits

1. Take some hung curd in a bowl and add 1 tsp cardamom powder, ¼ tsp nutmeg powder, and a pinch of saffron.
2. Add powdered sugar to it and mix it all together with a spatula till you get a smooth consistency.
3. While you’re at it, take a large mango and make some mango puree for the shrikhand.
4. Add the mango puree to the hung curd mix and mix it well.
5. Finally, add some chopped nuts to it.
And that’s it! Your Mango Shrikhand is ready! You can place it in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy it chilled!
