Kunal Kapur recently shared a delish recipe for Smashed Cucumber Salad.

- 4 thin Cucumbers -1/2 cup of diced Tomatoes -Chopped Spring Onion -3-4 Garlic Cloves -Salt -1 tbsp of Roasted Sesame - 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce -1 tbsp of Sesame Oil -1 tbsp of powdered Sugar - 3tbsp of Lemon Juice -3 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce

First, take the cucumbers and smash them with a knife. Then, cut into small chunks and place it in a bowl.

Then, add chopped spring onions and diced tomatoes into the bowl with smashed cucumber pieces.

Next, prepare the sauce by adding sugar, sesame seeds chilli sauce and other ingredients in a separate bowl.

Pour the dressing into the chopped veggies and give it a good mix. Your Smashed Cucumber Salad is ready!
