Tired of making the same basic oily and deep-fried snacks at home? Here's a special recipe to make Non-Fried Kurkuri Bhindi shared by Chef Neha Deepak Shah.

• 250 gram Bhindi • 2 tbsp Besan • 1 tbsp Corn Flour • 1 tsp Cumin Powder • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder • 1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder • 2 Grated Garlic Cloves • 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger • Salt • 2 tbsp Oil • Lime Juice • Chaat Masala

• Start by cutting bhindi thinly. Make sure that the pieces are longer in size.

• Next add all the dry spice powders and coat the bhindi pieces well. • Next, add oil, ginger, garlic, and lime juice, and coat the veggies nicely. You can even add a few drops of water for the masala to mix well with bhindi.

• To air fry, place the spicy bhindi in the air frier tray at 190°C for about 15 minutes. • You can even stir the pieces using a fork in between the air frying process.

• And this is how you can easily make Non-Fried Kurkuri Bhindi. Cool it down before serving.
