The mango season is here and Chef Ranveer Brar shared a drool-worthy recipe using the king of fruits.
The chef made a delicious-looking Mango Shrikhand that he suggested having with piping hot puris.

3 mangoes ½ cup sugar 600g hung curd Cardamom powder Dry fruits to garnish

1. Take three mangoes and roughly chop them. 2. Place a pan on the stove and put the chopped mangoes in it. 3. Add a little bit of water to it and let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. 4. Keep stirring the mix and take it off the stove once it thickens up. 5. With the hand blender, make a puree up the mango pulp.
6. Put the puree back on the stove and cook it again on low flame for a couple of minutes. 7. Let it cool down for a few minutes and keep it in the refrigerator to chill for 30-35 minutes. 8. In a bowl, add hung curd and whisk it till smooth, and then add the mango puree to it. 9. Transfer it to a bowl and garnish it with some cardamom powder and dry fruits.
According to the chef, this shrikhand tastes best with some hot puris, so you can make them as well.
