Chef Kapoor shared the recipe of Masala Chicken French Fries and here’s how you can recreate this recipe at home!
400g boneless chicken Crushed black peppercorns Red chilli paste Red chilli powder Red chilli sauce Dark soy sauce Corn starch Rice flour Lemon juice Egg Salt Garlic cloves Onion Green chillies Coriander leaves Curry leaves Roasted peanuts Oil to deep fry
Take the boneless chicken in a big bowl and add salt, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli paste, red chilli powder, corn starch, rice flour, lemon juice, and one egg to it. Marinate it well with the chicken and give it a French fries-like shape.
3. Next, deep fry the chicken fries until golden brown. 4. After that, take another pan and start working on the masala for these fries.
5. Take some oil in the pan and add some garlic cloves, thinly sliced onions, green chillies, curry leaves, red chilli sauce, and dark soy sauce to it. 6. Mix it well.
7. Now, toss the chicken fries into this pan and bring it all together. 8. Garnish with some coriander leaves and roasted peanuts.
