The chef took to Instagram to share a quick, 10-minute Crispy Corn Pakoda recipe that you can recreate at home.
Maida Cornflour Dried mixed herbs Garlic powder Red chilli powder Salt Baking soda Corn kernels Oil

1. In a bowl, take some maida and add cornflour, dried mixed herbs, and garlic powder to it. 2. Then, add in some red chilli powder and salt to taste.
3. Add water to the mix to make a thin pakoda batter. 4. Whisk it well together so there are no lumps. 5. Now, add in the corn kernels and mix them well.
6. Take a pan, add oil to it and let it heat for a few minutes. 7. Deep fry the pakoda in a pan until crispy and golden brown.
And that’s it, your Kurkura Corn Pakodas are ready to be served and enjoyed!
