Chef Saransh Goila  Is Making Cannelloni Out Of Papad & It Looks Quite Delicious; Recipe Inside!

Papad Pasta, Anyone?

Chef Saransh Goila took to his Instagram to share an interesting recipe for pasta made out of papad! 

Papad Cannelloni 

The chef made cannelloni pasta out of papad and it looked quite amazing! So, to help you replicate it at home, we’ve listed the entire recipe here. 


6 papads 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic 1 bunch shredded & blanched spinach 2 tbsp parmesan 100g crumbled paneer Salt to taste Crushed black pepper to taste Semolina Tomato sauce

 Here’s What You Need To Do

1. Start off by blanching 6 papads. 2. Then shock them by adding them to ice water 3. Take some semolina on a board, place the papads on it and coat well on each side. Keep them aside after that.  

Prepare The Filling

4. For the filling, take some olive oil in the pan and add the chopped garlic to it. 5. Add the spinach to it and saute it well. 

Add In The Ingredients

6. Take the spinach and garlic off the stove and add parmesan cheese to it. 7. Now add the paneer and season it well. 

Bring Together The Dish

8. Now, add the filling on the blanched papad and roll it tightly. 9. You will get a cannelloni-like shape with these papads and filling.

Time To Bake 

10. Now, baste an oven tray with butter and place your cannelloni in it. 11. Top it up with the tomato sauce and sprinkle some more parmesan on top. 12. Place the dish in the oven to bake for 12 minutes at 170°C.
